Staff Quota (Weekly)
-Lieutenants must do 5 promotions and 1 activity.
-Master Chief, recruit 3 members.
-Staff Sergeant, recruit 1 member.

Promotions/Interviews
-Staff Sergeant, to become an SSgt you need a rough recruiting Speech and know what is required for a recruit to promoted to Private.

-Master Chief, they must have been an SSgt for 3 weeks and have gotten 3 recruits or 2 weeks with 6 recruits. They also have to have a flawless recruiting Speech.

-Lieutenants, The MC must prove that they know how to handle difficult situations of drama and other episodes involving lower ranking members, this can be through hypothetical questions or actual examples of dealing with drama. The MC must also have a proven record of recruiting members into the community. An MC must have requisite knowledge as well they must know the following under the minimum standards;
1. Know how to promote, to what rank they can promote, and what each rank needs to know for the promotion if they earn the rank of LT. Know how to demote and to what rank they can demote if they earn the rank of LT
3. Know how to remove someone from the community if they earn the rank of LT
4. Know the difference between 1st LT and Commander
5. Know how to bring an ex-member back into UEG
6. Know how to do a proper background check

-You have the privilege to request a UEG Gamer-tag if you achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant or higher. (Also achievable for our exceptional members)
